Sugar Land and First Colony lighting contract

The City of Sugar Land will reimburse First Colony Community Services Association annually $129,428.28 for the cost the City would have paid to GEXA Energy LP, including costs associated with services provided by CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC (CenterPoint), for operation of the City's standard "cobra head" street lights had they been installed in accordance with the City standards as of the date of this Agreement. The contract is valid until September 30, 2026.
