County Shifts LanguageLine Services To General Fund

El Paso County approved a funding-source transition for its existing iSpeak915 LanguageLine services agreement. Beginning in FY2027, the expense will move from ARPA funding to the Office of New Americans’ General Fund budget without changing the agreement.
