Gloucester Public Schools plans to enter a Memorandum of Agreement with the Gloucester Education Foundation to fund and manage the design phase of the O’Maley Middle School Courtyard renovation. Under the agreement, GEF will donate sufficient funds for the City to contract with a designer and an Owner’s Project Manager, with construction to follow under a separate future agreement.
