Initial one-year term beginning on last date of signature, automatically renewing annually for successive one-year terms unless terminated

Agreement term is one year from the Effective Date and automatically renews for successive one-year periods on each anniversary unless either district terminates with 30 days’ written notice by certified mail. Upon termination, each party bears full financial responsibility for its purchases made under the Agreement.
