Alvin renews 2027 emergency services pact with ESD 3

The Alvin City Council is set to approve the 2027 Interlocal Agreement for Emergency Services with Brazoria County Emergency Services District No. 3, under which Alvin will provide EMS and fire services in the district in exchange for over $1 million in annual contributions.
