The AAMPO Transportation Policy Committee is asked to recommend that the City of Ames approve a professional services agreement with Toole Design Group, LLC for development of a regional Safe Routes to School Plan, in an amount not to exceed $60,000. The project will evaluate conditions around 11 public schools and produce prioritized infrastructure, program, and policy recommendations by May 2027.
