City Rejects Increased Vogts Parga Bid for T‑Hangar

Beatrice initially awarded the T‑Hangar and taxilane construction contract to Vogts Parga in April 2025, but later rejected an increased bid after federal funding delays. The project was rebid rather than accept the $277,000 cost increase.
