Final completion of the work no later than August 12, 2026; two-year correction period after final completion; insurance maintained for duration of Agreement and at least two years after final completion

Addendum dated April 21, 2026 modifies the 04/14/2026 Agreement, including deletion of material cost escalation and limitation of liability clauses and replacement of warranty, dispute resolution, and governing law provisions. RoofConnect must correct defective work discovered within two years after final completion and maintain required insurance through at least two years post-completion.
