Phoenix Public Transit is partnering with Via Transportation on a three-year turnkey microtransit pilot serving North, West, and South Phoenix beginning in October 2026. Via will supply vehicles, operators, the ride-hailing platform, and performance monitoring tools to support service delivery and evaluation under the federally funded Project EASE initiative.
