The Town of Windsor continues its ongoing use of Flock Safety fixed automated license plate reader cameras, with 16 units deployed at strategic locations to support police investigations and traffic-related public safety. The Health & Safety Committee is reviewing a draft ALPR data usage and security policy to govern how data from these vendor-operated systems is accessed and retained.
