The Appleton (Fox Cities) MPO Policy Board formally removed Section 5311 WETAP contracts with SWCAP for mobility management and operating from its Transportation Improvement Program, as the projects do not fall within MPO boundaries. These projects were included in error in the previous amendment and required a formal TIP revision to be removed.
