Valley Water plans to amend its existing agreement with Black and Veatch for the Desalination Engineering Feasibility Study, extending the contract by one year and increasing the budget to complete additional technical analyses. The added scope will cover hydrodynamic and salinity modeling for brine management options and further intake location investigations near the Interconnecting Channel.
