Berkeley County School District Capital Planning Committee Meeting Minutes March 2026

Berkeley County School District’s Capital Planning Committee approved a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $22,004,809 to HG Reynolds Company under RFQ #732-(24-25) for Construction Manager at Risk services for the Goose Creek High School classrooms addition. A supplemental modular setup GMP of $546,041 was also approved, with total expenditures limited to the approved project budget.
