The Unified Government is reviewing a request from Northpoint to increase Industrial Revenue Bonds for the Turner Logistics Center/Northpoint Industrial Park to a maximum of $250 million to complete three additional industrial buildings. The financing structure includes 10-year property tax abatements with PILOTs and sales tax exemptions on construction, continuing incentives first approved in 2019.
