Description

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division will increase all radiation control service fees by 2.3% effective March 17, 2026, with annual automatic inflation adjustments beginning July 1, 2027. Regulated entities must pay revised fees for licensing, registration, inspections, and related reviews as a condition of program participation.
