Description

Barnwell County Council is considering an amended and restated solid waste service agreement with the Three Rivers Solid Waste Authority extending through 2050, updating tonnage commitments, and increasing annual tipping fees. The ordinance also authorizes the Authority to issue up to $30 million in revenue bonds to construct a new phase of its facilities.
