Description

The Covington City Council authorized the City Manager to execute a Public Works Agreement with Oak Hills Construction, not to exceed $34,999, to provide minor home repair services for eligible households under the SeaTac Consortium Minor Home Repair Program through December 31, 2026. Program costs will be reimbursed via King County grant funding under Contract No. 12475.
