Westchester County will enter into an agreement with the Town of Cortlandt, providing up to $75,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 toward the purchase of a 24-passenger bus for individuals with developmental disabilities in Nor-West programs. The Town will use the funding to acquire and operate the vehicle for client transportation.
