SUMMARY
Williamsburg County Water & Sewer Authority (WCWSA) is soliciting bids for the operation and maintenance of its water and wastewater systems for a one-year term. The water system includes five groundwater wells (375-1000 GPM), four elevated storage tanks, and a distribution system serving 3,200+ customers. The wastewater system features a 900,000 GPD aerated lagoon treatment plant and seven lift stations.
