SUMMARY
Williamsburg County is seeking proposals for the design and construction of a Landfill Office Metal Building. The scope includes a 45' x 60' x 14' metal building with a 1:12 roof slope, a 10' x 60' x 12' attached shed, Galvalume wall and roof panels, walk-in doors, a roll-up door, insulation, concrete slabs, and engineer foundation drawings. Electrical and plumbing are excluded. Permits, impacts, and engineered fees are to be included.
