SUMMARY
Williamsburg County is seeking sealed bids for the design and construction of a Recycling Single Slope Metal Building at the Williamsburg County Landfill located at 564 Old Gapway Rd., Salters, SC. The project includes a 30' x 130' x 30' single slope metal building and a 60' x 44' x 25' attached shed. Specifications include 26-gauge Galvalume wall and roof panels, three 16'x24' chain roll-up doors, two 36" walk-in doors, R19 insulation, and concrete matted footings. Bidders must include engineered foundation drawings and permit fees, but exclude electrical and plumbing. An existing concrete pad will be utilized. Bids are due by July 12, 2021.
