SUMMARY

The Village of Oak Lawn is soliciting sealed bid proposals for its 2026 50/50 Sidewalk Concrete Repairs Program. The scope of work consists of the removal and replacement of public sidewalks (P.C.C. Sidewalk Removal and Replacement, 5” and 7” Special) at various locations throughout the Village, including tree root pruning, traffic control, and landscape restoration with topsoil and Class 1 seeding. Estimated quantities include 3,000 SF of 5-inch sidewalk and 1,000 SF of 7-inch sidewalk. Bidders must provide a $2,000 bid bond or certified check and meet insurance and licensing requirements.
