SUMMARY
Ventura River Water District seeks proposals for on-call Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, support, documentation, and related technical services for its potable water system. Services include routine troubleshooting, HMI graphics and PLC logic programming, system upgrades, calibration and testing of instrumentation, emergency response support on a 24/7 basis with a 4-hour response time for critical issues, and future upgrade planning. The initial contract term is 3 years with optional extensions. Proposals are due by November 2, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
