SUMMARY
The University of Wisconsin-Madison, through its Purchasing Services Department on behalf of the University of Wisconsin Police Department, requests bids for the purchase of transportation services for Chapter 51 Transports from the UW Hospital located at 600 Highland Ave, Madison, WI to secure mental health facilities, such as Winnebago Mental Health Institute. All transportation activities shall occur solely within the State of Wisconsin; interstate transportation is not allowed.
