SUMMARY

The University of Missouri requests proposals for the furnishing and delivery of comprehensive year-round grounds maintenance, irrigation system maintenance, landscape enhancement, and snow and ice management services at the UMKC St. Joe Medical School Building located at 100 Mosaic Court, St. Joseph, MO 64506. The property consists of approximately 38,000 square feet of maintained grounds, including approximately 5,000 square feet of flower and landscape beds. Services include turf mowing, lawn care, fertilization, weed control, bed edging, pruning, leaf removal, seasonal cleanups, irrigation startup and winterization, litter removal, and snow/ice removal for parking lots and sidewalks.
