SUMMARY

The University of Massachusetts (UMass) System is seeking a qualified consultant to provide facility condition assessment (FCA) services for all five campuses (Amherst, Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell, and Worcester) and the President's Office. The selected firm will perform comprehensive assessments of facility conditions to support long-term capital planning and maintenance strategies. Requirements include a technical proposal, project approach, schedule, and a fixed-fee proposal for each task. Proposers must provide at least three client references for projects of similar scale and complexity.
