SUMMARY

The Town of North Branford is seeking sealed proposals for one (1) type 1 ambulance. The ambulance should be a 2022/2023/2024 Ford F450 with a 4x4 drive train and diesel engine, including specific interior/exterior lighting, emergency equipment wiring, plug and play capabilities, toggle switches, a 110w/12v power invertor, reflective graphics, and installation. The module dimensions should be 152”x96"x72" with a 20-year warranty. The module must be Federal KKK-A-1882-F compliant. The cab and chassis, as well as the module, will be red, with the "A" post and cab roof painted black. Delivery is to the North Branford Fire Department, Company #4, and includes training, manuals, and dealer prep fees. Delivery is expected within 240 to 300 days of work order confirmation. Proposal prices are protected to the time of final invoice, with no cost escalation clauses allowed.
