SUMMARY
The Town of Lunenburg and Lunenburg Public Schools are seeking a qualified Designer to provide professional design and construction administration services for an ADA Study, renovation assessments, and schematic design at Turkey Hill Elementary School. The project involves analyzing building systems (including the envelope), identifying noncompliance issues with ADA/MEP/FP regulations, and recommending energy-efficient solutions to extend the life of the 1969 facility.
