SUMMARY
Sealed proposals are requested for Underground and Directional Boring Services. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at the Conference Room of ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc. Proposals will be publicly opened and read at that time. Late bids will not be considered. Submissions must be in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. David Lucore at ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc. with specific delivery instructions for courier and USPS services. The envelope must clearly display the Bidder's name and address, and the date and hour of the bid opening. Bidders must comply with all applicable statutes and regulations. The Town of Huntersville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will award the bid to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder considering quality, performance, and time.
