SUMMARY
Sealed bids are being solicited for furnishing labor and materials for the Andover Town Offices - Phase 2 project. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet St., Andover, Massachusetts 01810. Filed sub-bids are due on May 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM for Electrical, Fire Protection, Glass & Glazing, and Resilient Flooring, and at 2:00 PM for HVAC, Masonry, Metal Windows, and Painting. Acoustical Tile sub-bids are due May 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM. General bids are due May 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on April 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
