SUMMARY

The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide, implement, configure, integrate, and support a modern, cloud-based Grants Management System (GMS). The solution will support the full lifecycle management of federal, state, disaster, and non-disaster grant programs, reimbursement-based financial assistance, disaster cost recovery, and mission assignment.
