SUMMARY

Santa Barbara County is seeking Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified laboratory service providers to lease dedicated clinic space for outpatient phlebotomy and clinical laboratory services. The opportunity includes one room at the Lompoc Health Care Center (470 sq. ft. plus ADA restroom) and one room at the Santa Maria Health Care Center (440 sq. ft.). Selected providers will operate at fair market rental rates, supply all necessary staffing and equipment, and may bill patients directly. Operations must align with County clinic hours (typically Mon-Fri, 8 AM – Noon and 1 PM – 5 PM). Letters of Interest are due electronically by September 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
