SUMMARY

San Diego County is seeking proposals for Crisis Residential Treatment Programs (CRTP) services as an alternative to hospitalization or step-down from acute inpatient care for adults 18 and over with acute and serious mental illness, including co-occurring disorders. The program provides recovery-oriented, intensive, and supportive services 24 hours a day, 7 days per week in a safe, therapeutic, home-like setting. Services include behavioral health assessments, psychiatric evaluations, medication support, crisis intervention, socialization activities, and discharge planning.
