SUMMARY

The County of San Diego is seeking proposals for Crisis Residential Treatment Programs (CRTP) services as an alternative to hospitalization or step-down from acute inpatient care for adults 18 and over with acute and serious mental illness, including co-occurring disorders. The contractor will provide 24/7 recovery-oriented, intensive residential support, behavioral health assessment, psychiatric evaluations, and case management across multiple lots (Central, Downtown Central, South Central, East, North Coastal, North Inland, South). Services must comply with Medi-Cal requirements and utilize Biopyschosocial Rehabilitation (BPSR) principles. Proposals are due by November 12, 2026, prior to 3:00 p.m., with a pre-proposal conference scheduled for October 7, 2026.
