The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call environmental consulting services to support the 2027 technical update to the Metropolitan Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (MTP/SCS), also known as the "2025 Blueprint." Services include environmental support under CEQA compliance procedures, reviewing technical information, preparing draft and final environmental documents, technical analysis for air quality conformity, greenhouse gas emissions (GHG), noise, and transportation, public review support, outreach, public notices, and consultation pursuant to AB 52. The contract will be a two-year on-call professional services agreement with an option to extend for three years.
