SUMMARY

The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) is soliciting proposals from highly qualified consultant firms to provide federal advocacy and comprehensive lobbying services under solicitation FY26-10-RFP. The selected firm(s) will plan, develop, coordinate, and implement advocacy strategies at the federal level. SACOG is specifically seeking firms with bipartisan experience in transportation issues, though experience with local governments, Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), natural resources, land use (housing), and agriculture is also desirable.
