SUMMARY

EVALUATION CRITERIA
Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey for a minimum of five (5) years; Representation of governmental entities in the field of public finance with experience representing public entities before the New Jersey Local Finance Board for a minimum of five (5) years; Knowledge of the Authority and its operations; Nationally recognized as a bond counsel and appear in the Bond Buyer's Municipal Marketplace Directory.
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES
One (1) copy and one (1) digital copy (USB drive) of their responses evidencing their qualifications, along with any other information that the firm desires that the Authority consider, and a proposed contract for professional services.
