SUMMARY

The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is seeking a qualified University to run the NJDOT Safe Routes Resource Center (SRRC) and assist with the continuation and support of the NJ Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Non-Infrastructure Program. The program aims to enable and encourage children to walk and bicycle to school safely, develop statewide community partnerships, provide training and support to TMAs, offer technical assistance to communities, and undertake comprehensive evaluation and research.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Budgets will be evaluated separately, and only after a selection has been made as to which proposal is the most qualified based on technical merit.
