SUMMARY
Nantucket Islands Land Bank is seeking the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager (OPM) for the deconstruction, removal, relocation, reassembling, and retrofitting of multiple dwelling units. The OPM will manage the design and construction phases, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee the project from pre-design through post-construction.
