SUMMARY
Leon County Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the Sabal Palm Elementary School Building 8 Roof Replacement Project (ITB 2421-2025). The scope of work includes replacing an existing low-slope roofing system with a new KEE fleeceback roofing membrane, including polyiso insulation, coverboard, base and cap sheets, and replacing all edge metal, coping caps, metal wall panels, gutters, and downspouts.
