SUMMARY
Lee County is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional design and engineering services to assess, design, engineer, and document the scope of work for a new one-story stand-alone safe room facility to be located at two separate land parcels in Lee County, Florida. This project is funded in part or in whole by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program and FEMA/FDEM Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Consultants must comply with Federal Grant Requirements, 2 CFR part 200, and 24 CFR part 570. Proposals are due by October 22, 2026, at 2:30 PM, with questions due by October 14, 2026.
