SUMMARY
The Hendry County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, inspections, testing, and incidentals necessary to construct three (3) separate 30' x 30' pavilion structures (900 square feet each), consisting of one pavilion at each of the following County-owned cemetery locations: Fort Denaud Cemetery (1170 Cemetery Road, LaBelle, FL), Ridgelawn Cemetery (520 Ridgelawn Road, Clewiston, FL), and Sylvester Humphrey Memorial (2555 11th Street, Clewiston, FL). The work includes reinforced concrete columns, perimeter beams, structural steel roof frames, 24-gauge exposed fastener rib-panel metal roofing, stucco finished ceilings, electrical rough-ins, site restoration, and engineering services. Bids are due by Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. A 5% bid bond is required upfront with submission, and 100% performance and payment bonds are required post-award for contracts valued at $100,000 or greater.
