SUMMARY
The furnishing and delivery of coarse paper products, as ordered by participating agencies across Oahu, Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, Molokai, and Lanai, shall be in accordance with this solicitation and its attachments. The scope includes coreless tissue paper, interfolded toilet tissue, toilet tissue, paper towels, toilet seat covers, and bags in various groups as detailed in the line items. Any awards resulting from this Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be incorporated into the existing State Procurement Office (SPO) Price List Contract No. 25-15, Coarse Paper Products. Participating agencies will order from the awarded contractors on an as-needed basis during the applicable contract term. Responses are due by October 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM through HIePRO.
