SUMMARY
The Hawaii Department of Transportation Airports Division and Hawaii Army National Guard are seeking bids for the full renovation of an existing 3-story CMU structure at Building 46 in Kalaeloa, Oahu, HIARNG. The project involves demolition of abandoned plumbing, upgrading first-floor restrooms, installing additional restrooms on the second and third floors with showers and water bottle stations, replacing roof systems and roof hatches, and replacing fixed partitions, ceilings, VRF systems, HVAC ductwork, chilled water distribution systems, and electrical systems including panels, wiring, receptacles, and lighting.
