SUMMARY
This Contract is for the restoration of the lake banks of Gateway Lakes 75 and 81, involving anchor reinforced vegetation systems (ARVS), non-woven geotextile, excavation, fill, and compaction. The work includes surveying, field engineering, staking residential lot lines, lake maintenance easement locations, installation of littorals and trees, and removing trees, landscaping, and obstructions. The contractor must also implement measures to mitigate turbidity using flocculant or other suitable chemical agents.
