SUMMARY
The County of San Diego is preparing to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking an experienced Design Build Entity (DBE) to partner in delivering the Behavioral Health Wellness Campus project. Supported by nearly $99.5 million in State Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) funding alongside County funds, the project targets a completion schedule of June 2031 under a progressive design-build delivery model.
