SUMMARY

The County of Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services is issuing a Work Order Solicitation for the Incarcerated Parents Services Program (IPSP). The selected contractor will provide in-jail family bonding time, visitation services, case management, and supportive services for incarcerated parents and their families across Los Angeles County jail facilities. Proposers must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization holding an active Justice Support Services Master Agreement (JSSMA) with the Justice, Care and Opportunities Department (JCOD) and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Proposals must be submitted via email to [email protected] and include a Business Proposal, Cost Proposal, Pending Litigations and Judgements, and Request for Preference Consideration.
