SUMMARY

The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department is issuing a Request for Bid for concrete replacement and project management services at Fire Station 41, located at 1815 E. 120th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90220. The project involves removing and disposing of approximately 3,500 square feet of cracked or undermined concrete in the vehicle parking area, preparing the surface with CAB, installing a rebar grid and dowels, pouring and finishing 4,000 PSI Hi-Early concrete with 3/4 inch rock, installing expansion joints, and providing a 1-year material and labor warranty. Bidders must possess and maintain a C-8 or B-General Building Contractor license in California.
