Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks a qualified consultant for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services, contract administration, inspection and materials sampling and testing services, and grant compliance administration and oversight for the project known as Able Canal Pathway, which runs from Harris Marsh to Joel Boulevard in Lee County, Florida Greenbook, and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) policy, procedures and requirements.
