SUMMARY

The City of Wheaton is soliciting bids for the 2025 Road, Sewer, and Water Rehabilitation Program. The project involves approximately 88,830 SY of pavement overlay, spot curb and gutter, concrete road panel replacement, drive approach and sidewalk replacement, HMA and PCC pavement grinding, leveling binder, surface course, curb and gutter drive approach and sidewalk removal and replacement, storm and sanitary structure replacement, water main replacement, and landscaping along various streets in the City of Wheaton.
